been one year I came here. did i think I would last this long ? NO!
After all the episodes in the beginning, i was seemingly skeptical - dont know how an year went by. but this has shamefully been my worst performance so far. and it seems to be deteriorating with every passing year?
I remember the feedback from CCP - rinku is a good communicator. more rinku's please.
and now the one thing i lack is good communication - be it written or verbal. hard to believe!
the confidece is all gone. i think it started to diminish the day I joined the citi project. when everyone looked at me like 'aha she's from a small company'. i have never been the person i was in mindfire.. especially professionally. personally the grooming has been like 360 degrees! lol!

met Maya at the lake bled tour.
it's quite an international name she said. another aries - wants nothing but to be the apple of everyones eye!
when we were in college and visiting RSP for our summer training, we also visited the mecon office. mini had managed to get das uncle to show us 'something'. dont remember what.
do we directly go to das uncles desk. he could use his boss's cabin. then i asked him where papa was sitting and went to his desk to meet him.
he was sitting there alone, looked like he did not have much to do. i felt sad. i knew he was like, liked being to himself. then he shortly left for lunch, alone. i did not understand all this then.
now i do. it's in the genes. dont think he was always like that, neither does he like being like that. the bloody genes are fucked up.
